Directions

From Graeagle, take CA-89 southeast to the Gold Lake Highway. Turn right and follow the Gold Lake Highway for ~6.2 miles to a dirt pullout off the western side of the highway. On the western side of this pullout there is a signpost (no sign) that marks the start of a trail with a footbridge over the creek. Once on the western side of the creek follow a few lightly used trails downstream until you came to the Upper Falls (~0.1 miles). Continue following the creek downstream to reach the main section (~150 feet downstream of the Upper Falls) and the Middle Falls (~150 feet downstream of the main section). The Lower Falls are only ~100 feet downstream of the Middle Falls but they occur in pretty steep and narrow section of the canyon which means that you'll have to move away from the creek, make your way downstream and then make your way back to the creek. Or you can walk east from Hawley Falls.
