To get to this waterfall take the Rock Creek Rd south from US-395 at Toms Place, ~8.4 miles and park on the eastern side of the road in the large pullout area. From here I walked to the southern end of this dirt area and headed east. Luckily, I found a lightly used trail and made my way towards the creek. I ran into what appeared to be a much more heavily used trail coming from Rock Creek Lake to the southwest. I followed this trail a little ways more downstream before heading off-trail to the side of the creek (very steep in places).
