Directions

The turnoff for the trailhead (short hike, ~0.1 miles) is on the eastern side of CA-89 (~2.9 north of the intersection with CA-70, ~17.9 miles from the intersection with CA-147 on the southern shore of Lake Almanor). There's a small parking area in front of the trailhead, only ~100 ft from CA-89.
