This waterfall was viewed from the shore of Lake George which is accessed by following the Lake Mary Road through Mammoth Lakes to Lake Mary where you turn left onto Around Lake Mary Road (~3.9 miles from CA-203), follow it for ~0.3 miles before turning right onto the Lake George Road and arriving at the parking area (good luck finding a spot in the summer) after a further ~0.3 miles. This waterfall is best seen from the northern shore of the lake (look to the southwest).
