The most popular spot to view this waterfall is from the southern end of Twin Lakes. This viewpoint is reached by taking the Lake Mary Road through Mammoth Lakes to the Twin Lakes Road (right; ~2.3 miles from CA-203) and following it for ~0.5 miles before pulling off the side of the road, parking, and walking to the southwest along another road to where there is a bridge that bisects the southern Twin Lake. Twin Falls is seen to the south-southwest. A close-up of the top of this waterfall is also possible by continuing on the Lake Mary Road to the northern end of Lake Mamie (~4.3 miles from CA-203). Park on the northern side of the road just after crossing over the bridge and follow the steep trail to the north (on the west side of the creek) downhill.
