Location

The hike to Alberta Falls (~0.7 miles one-way) is one of the most popular in Rocky Mountain National Park. This family-friendly hike can begin at either the Glacier Gorge Trailhead or the Bear Lake Trailhead. The scenery along the trail is nice, but the best views are had past the waterfall. If you keep climbing, you'll come to a spot where you can leave the trail to the north a short distance and get wide open views of the surroundings.
