Directions

Take CA-70 and turn right onto Cherokee Road, ~6.7 miles northeast of the intersection with CA-149 (north of Oroville). Follow Cherokee Rd for ~5.8 miles to the trailhead parking lot on the right (northwest), shortly after climbing the hill west of Oregon City. Begin by following the north side of the wash directly west of the parking lot for ~0.3 miles before turning to the northwest. From here aim for a little ways upstream of Phantom Fall. Cross the creek a little ways upstream of Phantom Fall (~1.5 miles from the parking lot) and then head northwest for ~0.5 miles before crossing over a fence. Once over the fence you should be able to see the small canyon that the wash above Hidden Falls makes. Find a suitable place to cross the creek to the north side and then follow the creek downstream (west) until you come upon the waterfall. Here you'll need to walk around (to the north) a small but very deep chasm directly north of the brink of Hidden Falls. Once around this chasm walk south again onto a nice grassy peninsula in front of Hidden Falls (~2.2 miles from the parking lot).
