Half red pepper
1 Cup of Sweet Corn
1 Grated Carrot
2tsp Cornflour in water to thicken
2tsp Mixed herbs
2 litre vegetable stock
Straight to wok Rice Noodles - from Lidl

Put all the vegetables and stock in the slow cooker - stir in the cornflower.
Cook for 3 hours on High
Add the noodles for the last ten minutes and serve
