Vegan Cranberry, Cream cheese and Herb Christmas Tree
This tasty puff pastry Christmas tree is a showstopper at parties and can even be made gluten-free to cater to everyone. And is made with 5 ingredients.
Ingredients
Jus-Rol Puff Pastry 280G ( they do a Gluten Free version too )
Cranberry Sauce
Philadelphia Vegan Cream Cheese
Tsp mixed Herbs ( we like Italian but you could go with more Christmassy Flavours )
Oat milk for wash
The How to Bit
Roll out the Pastry on a board cut a triangle Christmas shape and use the leftover pastry to make the top of the tree and a Star
Use half a tub of the cream cheese and cover the base with the cream cheese mixed with the herbs
Using a small spoon add drops of cranberry sauce to the cream cheese and spread
Place the top puff pastry on
Slice every 1/3 inch all the way up the sides of the trees leaving an inch or so in the middle
Twist the slices and wash with Oat milk. Add the Star at the top with Oatmilk and also wash
Place in the oven 180°C or 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown
