B13- A CAREER IN LIFE INSURANCE

THE PROFESSIONAL LIFE ADVISER’S GUIDE (Little Gems Series)

B13. (THE PERSON) - A CAREER IN LIFE INSURANCE

A Career In Life Insurance offers a daily challenge to the agent’s skill and abilities; promises growth, as is constantly an increasing number of people who need and want what he has to sell; assures independence, leaving up to the man the question of where he has to go, how much time to spend and what to say that will motivate people to buy life insurance.

A Career In Life Insurance provides cooperation of other people through personal contact, sales and training aids, association meetings, conventions, etc.; produces an income higher than many other salesmen receive, and limited only by one’s own ambitions and abilities; encourages advancement in personal production or in agency or home office positions, depending upon the ambition of the agent.

A Career In Life Insurance inspires interest in the salesman’s community and in the people around him, and in turn inspires their interest in him; instills a feeling of pride in him because what he sells is a necessary part of society as we live it today; returns value to him in the almost indefinable feeling that comes from seeing the difference brought about in people’s lives with the benefits of life insurance.

A Career In Life Insurance is a lifetime job. There is no age limit for an insurance agent. He is needed now and always will be. He has a job for life if he wants it and works at it.
