1) Type LICHELP <policy no> and send to 9222492224 or 56767877 to Register your Complaint/ Make Query on Policy/ Enquiry of New Products. LIC Officials will call and help you.

2)Type “ASKLIC<policy no>type of query i.e.prem/rev/bonus/loan/nom in your mobile and send to 9222492224 or 56767877 via sms to get information under your policy.

Premium – Instalment premium under policy

Revival – If policy is lapsed, Revival amount payable
