Section 1 - overview

Daily workouts

Each week you do ALL of the assigned workouts daily - Due on Friday is one workout on Flipgrid. You cannot repeat the same activity the next week. After 5 weeks you can start over again.

IF YOU WANT TO DO MORE THAN THE ASSIGNED WORKOUTS YOU MAY - IF YOU WANT TO DO YOUR OWN OR SOMETHING YOU DID FOR ANOTHER SPORT THAT IS ALSO OKAY.

Nutrition Power Point

Watch the Power Point to kick off our 3-week nutrition unit. In your Flipgrid due (8/28) I want two things mentioned that you didn't know before watching. You can also cite two facts you found interesting.

There will not be a Sports Specific workout this Friday due to the poor air quality.
