H.I.I.T. Workout stands for High Intensity Interval Training. We did A.M.R.A.P workouts for semester one and this is another style of short/quick quality workouts. This workout will get you ready no matter what fitness goal you chose. Do the entire workout but you only have to show me 3-5 minutes on flipgrid.
