Week 1: Injury prevention

Week 2: When you are injured - R.I.C.E

Week 3: Pick your sport or any sport of your choosing.

In your Week 3 Flipgrid tell me 4 things:

1) What is your sport?

2) Most common injury in that sport.

3) Best way to avoid that injury.

4) How to treat that injury if it happens.

This week you are creating a short A.M.R.A.P.

(As many rounds as possible)

We did this last week so if you don't remember go to SECTION 3: Week 2

Watch the video and then create your own AMRAP with 3 activiites of your choosing. It should be 3 minutes long but you only have to show a round or two in your flipgrid. Make sure you do the whole thing and tell me the number of rounds you got in. Your AMRAP must contain 3 things:

1 - Cardio

2 - CORE

3 - Strength
