PLAN: Learn how to train for a Mile Run
PLAN: Learn how to train for a Mile Run
GOAL: Encourage students to develop and implement a training program in order to increase their cardiovascular endurance.
1) After completion of the training plan students will have the skills necessary to run their personal best in a one-mile-run
2) Goal Setting and log workouts in order to track progress.
3) Benchmarks will be met each of the 4 main workouts every other Monday.
