Pick any assignment you missed during Quarter 2. Tell me in your Flipgrid what assignment you are making up. All assignments from the semester are on my site.

#2 - Extra Credit Assignment - 5 Points

100 Rep Challenge: Done COntinuously

Your mission: if you choose to accept it - Do this workout in order - if you need to stop and rest that is fine, but you must complete all 100 reps in order to get your extra credit points. I told you the extra credit would not be easy!


  • 10 - Jumping Jacks

  • 10 - Crunches

  • 10 - Burpees ( no push-ups)

  • 10 - Side Planks

  • 10 - Mountain Climbers

  • 10 - Jump Squats

  • 10 - Bicycle kicks

  • 10 - Push-ups

  • 10 - Seconds of High Knees

  • 10 - You pick!
