Semester 2 - First week back info:

We are doing Bulldog Fitness Challenges for our first week back after Winter Break. Do all 5 exercises but you only have to send me 1 on Flipgrid. This will get us back in the swing of things so we are ready to tackle Semester 2.

Strength - Pull ups or Push ups

Agility - Shuttle Run

Cardiovascular - Mile Run (1/2 mile option)

Cardiovascular - You can do a 1/2 Mile instead of a full mile if you choose for our first week back.

If you want you are more than welcome to do the full mile run.

The Goal is to do one last Bulldog Fitness Challenge at the end of the school year and get your best scores. More on that later.
