option 1: You-Tube Star assignment

This week you will do a YouTube style instructional video. What you present is up to you. It should be detailed and organized. It can be set up for beginners or experts. The options are unlimited. Anything from how to shoot a basketball, rock climbing for beginners, how to do a track workout, or white water kayaking skills. You are the star of your video!

Option 2: Create your own A.m.r.a.p.

Remember when we learned what an A.M.R.A.P. was? ( Stands for As Many Rounds As Possible)

This week you get a chance to create your own AMRAP.

Your Flipgrid:

  • Minimum of 5-7 different exercises

  • Should be at least 5 minutes LONG.

  • Each exercise should have 5-10 Reps.

GET A FAMILY MEMBER TO DO THE AMRAP WITH YOU. IF IT IS A SIBLING THAT I TAUGHT BEFORE YOU CAN GET BONUS POINTS!
