SECTION 8: Week 1 - Intro
Watch the video and also double check the rest of the website for more info.
This weeks Flipgrid should consist of the following:
1) What is your favorite sport and give me a brief history of that sport.
2) Choose 1 or 2 of the Max Test activities to do.
3) Let me know how your fitness goal project is going but you do not have to include those exercises in your flipgrid this week.

2) max test:
Pick one, two, three or four of the following exercises
do your max effort. We are about 1/2 way through our fitness goal project so this is a good way to judge your progress.

CARDIO:
run - 400 meters max test:
one lap on a track or map out a quarter mile and do a time trial at max effort.

EXTRA CREDIT ASSIGNMENT
I am offering this as an optional extra credit assignment but I feel it is important and would like everyone to do it, so here is the deal. It is worth 5 points but you can "bank" those points for the rest of the semester, so if you don't need extra credit but just forget an assignment or want a "week-off" you will have 5 points in your P.E. savings account to use at any point if you need it.
