Running CrossMgr 1.91.X? Time to Upgrade to 1.91.3

If you are running CrossMgr 1.91, make sure you upgrade to 1.91.3 here.

There have been some important bug fixes that prevented HTML results form working when using Component category types.

There are also some enhancements to the Actions screen to better show the Race Checklist as well as an option to compute the 80% rule based on the 1st or 2nd lap time.
