CrossMgr and SeriesMgr were used to produce results for the 2014 KING OF THE MOUNTAIN ENDURO at Mountain Creek Bike Park in Vernon, New Jersey.

This Enduro race consisted of about 135 riders competing in 4 timed descents, with the overall winner based on the lowest total time for all events.

For results, see here (courtesy of Jon Rosen Systems).

From the results page, click on the individual stage at the top of each column to drilldown into more details including the time gaps. If you click on the column header, you can sort the column right from the web page. This makes it easy for riders to validate their times and check their finish order in the stage.

Rider were simply scored by number of events completed, then by increasing total time.

Each event is handled as a separate time trial race in CrossMgr. This leverages its advanced editing and visualization capabilities to ensure that the results are correct for each stage.

Start times are imported from an Excel spreadsheet which can be updated before, during and after the stage to accommodate changes.

At this race, finish times were recorded with chip timing.

The individual events are then combined into an overall score with SeriesMgr, which creates a combined score by time. This is a new feature (is can also score a race series based on a points structure).

If you have any ideas about the presentation format, please let me know.
