Based on latest feedback from last weekend.

Some minor changes in reporting riders who were lapped by the race leader, but not by their category leader, but still completed one less lap. Now they are not reported as being lapped.

Changed Excel output to default to lap times, not race times.

Moved HTML export to File menu (next to Excel export).

Right-button option to swap riders in History.

Right-button options on the Gantt Chart in Rider Detail to split laps to correct missing times (thanks John!).

Of course, this version is backwards-compatible with previous versions. Just install and go.
