Your Phone

Reduncancy reinforces. You have heard this before (or) you will hear this again. We are in the Relationship Business.

Talking on your phone is critical to your success. You need to get to know those you are working with. Our Getting To Know Each Other tool guides this process. THIS IS ONE ASPECT OF PHONE USE ON THE SUPPORT END.

The other end is the RECRUITMENT use of your phone, otherwise known as follow-up. You need to be willing to reach out to people and offer guidance in their decision-making process, answer questions and generally be perceived as supportive and "available". By doing this, you are setting an expectation of "who you will be" as a business partner.

If you want to separate your personal phone from your business phone (and know when business calls are coming in), you can get a Google Voice number (and) use this number to talk with people on your computer. You can see a video tutorial on how to this HERE

Using both Zoom and your phone, along with email and texting... creates bonding and trust. High-quality relationships inherently create loyalty to you, to the business and help secure your future.
