Retail is perhaps the easiest and most readily available way for a new person to "go to market". Sales and Customer Service Associates in any Big Box retailers are "captive" to being on the floor and are paid to interact with and provide assistance customers.

Also, think desks. In Lowes and Home Depot there are the following desks:

Then there are all the cashiers, Managers wandering around... the idea here is to talk and leave information with each desk. There are many people receptive to an alternative in these stores.

Anyone in Retail... from major indoor malls to strip malls, to downtown on Main Street in any town or city in the world... there are people who would rather not be doing what they are doing and completely open to evaluating something that can potentially liberate them from their current life.
