Getting To Know Each Other Process

I don't want to repeat what was said before, however, let me drive home a couple of points.

We are in the Relationship business. The more business relationships you create, nurture... The more you enable to mature - the more money you make. Call it what you will... a client list, a customer base... your network...

This is done one-at-a-time, with care, with empathy and with a mindset of service.

HOWEVER... this is perhaps the greatest failing in the Networking, Referral, Relationship business model. AND, THIS IS HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT. We place GREAT emphasis on our onboarding process. We need to get to know people and treat them as clients. They are investing in a business and want and need support and guidance.

This can be a $100,000.00 proposition. Treat it as such... with gravity and serious intent. People will rise to this level of expectation, or they will not. You need to set the moral posture in terms of how you approach your business.

To this end, we baseline "where people are" with our Getting To Know Each Other tool. Again, MAKE IT YOURS by clicking on the link, going to the form, click on File, then Make a copy... will save it to YOUR Google Drive... then you will be able to use it and collect information from those you work with.

This is a big part of people's First 30 Day Experience. It is non-negotiable and has to be done. It is what will fuel success. It forces interaction. It instigates bonding. It creates a baseline. It requires trust and vulnerability. And at the same time, it develops trust through reciprocity and self-disclosure.

It is about meeting people where they are. It "inventories" lives and puts these metrics on "paper". From this baseline, we are able to establish a starting point in building a strategy.

THIS DIFFERS FROM ANYTHING IN THE MARKETPLACE AND IS A KEY DIFFERENTIATOR IN HOW WE CONDUCT OUR BUSINESS.

Completing this tool is a major part of our onboarding and relationship building process, along with the conversations that arise out of discussing the content.

This requires work. It requires a time commitment. It is a fundamental building block in getting people building their skill sets and working on their mindset.

Again, there is no wingin' it.
