Stefan Kostial is a Director in Technical Content Management, a Worldwide Customer Services department at Information Builders. During his tenure, Stefan has worked closely with product management to develop end-user technical content for a variety of Information Builders products, including WebFOCUS business intelligence and iWay service-oriented architecture (SOA) middleware technologies. In addition to documentation, Stefan has produced a wide range of technical videos to accompany and extend the technical content that Information Builders provides. He is currently leading initiatives to develop online self-service learning components and additional technical content deliverables to support new Information Builders cloud-based offerings.

Born and raised in Queens, New York, Stefan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications and Specialized Journalism from Polytechnic Institute of New York. Prior to joining Information Builders in 2001, Stefan worked as an editorial assistant for the McGraw-Hill Utilities IT and Electrical World business publications. In his spare time, Stefan enjoys skiing, playing tennis, hiking, and traveling.
