This event is the most multidimensional installment of the series Tech Comm Takes The Lead. In Part I, Alan J. Porter defines the challenges of content convergence. In Part II, Cruce Saunders explores the emerging role of the bridge builder.

While Parts I and II examine the landscape through the lens of the specialist, Part III broadens the conversation. Our experts discuss industry trends in the rapid expansion of AI-powered collaboration; the emergence of analytics and data visualization; and the dramatic shift to mobile create a new landscape of challenges and opportunities.

Pervasive specialization alters the context:

    • Innovation happens horizontally not vertically.

    • Diversity and creativity create competitive advantage.

    • A new vision of leadership changes mindsets.

    • Partnerships drive collaboration—the individual specialist counts.

Learning Objectives

In the panel discussion, we explore the intersection of technology, social media, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and diverse stakeholder relationships. We learn how to apply smart collaboration to spot, uncover, and eliminate barriers to efficient, effective, and timely execution.

The goal of the panel discussion is to help the attendees to:

    • Learn how to leverage proactive communications, intelligent content strategy, smarter technologies, relationship building, and business culture to drive engaging experiences with colleagues, stakeholders, customers, partners, and your industry ecosystem.

    • Gain insight into opportunities to reach across silos to accelerate performance, innovation, transformation, inclusion, and engagement.

    • Understand the impact of the role of the communicator, thought leader, catalyst, bridge builder, and connector in influencing and building partnerships and in achieving breakthrough solutions and results.
