banking & finance management system Project
I have created a dummy software on banking & finance system named SAPPHIRE BANKING & FINANCE LTD. In present world banking & finance plays a very important role in our daily life. Existing banking system was totally on book thus a great amount of manual work has to be done with increase in the business profile of the bank. automation was necessary.so by using my software we can increase work efficiency of our banking system. my software has some additional packages like information of bank employes as salary record , qualification etc.My software contains many other features which we are going to discuss later.
As of today in addition to the above banking softwares many other products are available which may be compatible with one or more banking feilds. One unique feature of these software is that it contains a field for keeping the record of daily or monthly expences or purchases like stationary ,computer hardware & software,electronic equipments etc . The banking software and its working are almost never officially made public.So I hope this software is going to be very usefull for banking & finance field.

OBJECTIVE: BANKING & FINANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROJECT
I have developed software for a banking & finance field which deals in banking,finance and loaning department. This software helps the bank employees in financial dealing and morever we can say that it helps the management of employees personal records and give exact financial position of bank according to rules and regulation.
With the above discussion a conclusion is drawn that all the components which are covered by this project display a good and necessary part of banking & finance system. So I say that my objective is to develop a banking financial accounting system. Now the title I give to my project is “SAPPHIRE BANKING & FINANCE LTD. “
IDENTIFICATION OF NEED:
Draw back in existing system:
1:Existing system was totally on book thus a great amount of manual
work has to be done with increase in the business of the banking
system, automation was necessary.
2:With the expansion in the business, increased number of
customer and transaction has resulted in the heavy manual
posting of the detail in the concerned files.
2. Major problem was the lack of security check that was must to be applied.
3. Finding out the detail regarding any information was very difficult, as the user has to go through all the books thoroughly.
4. Since the system was computerisd, absence of any concerned person create problem in case of any inquiry since the other person has to go through the heavy books which is next to impossible.
5. In case of error, no one can help the user except that person who is handling that portion of job.
6. Considering the availability of the concerned person and according to person’s own schedule, processing was sometimes delayed for more than a month .it leads to great financial loss.
7. Existing system has no systematic way since all the transaction of a particular date been posted into the concerned file as and when the transactions occur.
8. To convey any information regarding any changes made, through phone or post the user to go through that thick file in order to get the address or the phone number of the customer.
9. On creating a record of the customer it is difficult to verify whether a person with the same account no. i.e. duplicate is already existing in the record or not.
10. In case of any query the user can not satisfy the customer immediately since it takes a lot of time to search the respective query thus increasing the response time.
