CLEARK AVADH is a well known HOTEL which is situated in the Hazratganj.The HOTEL is near about 20 years old and from last five decade its one of the best HOTEL who serve good service for guest.
HOTEL FUNCTIONING:
The hotel system perform following function .Waiting for tourist.Difference types of confference

OBJECTIVE: HOTEL Management System Project report
I have developed software for a HOTEL which manage HOTEL
Management system for Clerk Avadh. This software helps the top in financial dealing and morever we can say that it helps the management of finance and give better service position of HOTEL according to rules and regulation.
The software should include following :-
(1) Room information
(2) Item information
(3) Guest information
(4) Employee information
(5) Security information
(6) Food information
1) MAIN ENTRY:
In the main entries we create guest_info , make item_info, food_info, stock_info, HOTEL creation, HOTEL creation also contains following parts
HOTEL’s basic information
It’s service information
Phone number of hotel
Name of food
Stock information
Room allotment information
Financial information
i)HOTEL: INFORMATION - HOTEL Management System Project
In base information we enter name of guest, consult person, address, street, city, pin code, state, and remaining part is not a necessary part because if we enter remaining part at time of creation. Some HOTEL gives all information and some is not. If we enter null at all places of value that is not a appropriate treatment .An other problem is HOTEL open latter more than one branch, use more than one phone no, if we put all field in one file then we fined difficulty so we enter at creation time or letter also.
ii)ROOM INFORMATION: HOTEL Management System Project report
The room_info is the book or file of HOTEL. It consist of the types of room arranged under the HOTEL .Room_info contain information about room.There are three types of room AC,DELUXE,SIMPLE.
The room_info is the important of all books used by a HOTEL as it include all the summaries of room .It provides a permanent record of the room of a HOTEL.
Room information contain also information about room_allotment. In this field there are following entity about guest for HOTEL.
Guest_id
Name of guest
Address of guest
Name of city where guest belong
State
Country
Contact number of guest
iii) GUEST INFORMATION: IN HOTEL Management System Project
In-guest information we can create information of guest for a man/women. A guest object for coming . Address of guest his local address, contact number, name of city where he/she belong and also information about state and country .
Guest information contain two sub field which is following.
A) GUEST TIME :
Guest time contain information about timing of guest .When guest is coming in the HOTEL and when guest is going from HOTEL.
B) Guest lugguage
Guest lugguage used by HOTEL because according to HOTEL cheking time of different HOTEL is different.Acording to cheking time guest leave HOTEL but his lugguge is in the HOTEL lugguage room.
iv) EMPLOYEE INFORMATION: HOTEL Management System Project
This field contain information about employee.
a) EMP_ID:
This field contain types of employee and his id .One id is use for one employee.
b) SALARY:
This field contain information about salary of employee what is net salary.
C) EMP NAME :
This field contain name of employee (first and last name)
D) EMPLOYEE SHIFT:
This field contain information about service of employee. According to this field it is desited who came and when came.
E) SHIFT INFORMATION:
This table contain information of duaty. By this table we can calculate duration of whole month of employee working.
V) TYPE OF PAYMENT:
The HOTEL maintain four different type of payment viz. Cash payment, DD payment, CREDIT Card payment. Every transaction has to pass through any one of these payment. And then they will be posed in related to keep a recent of it. At the end of every month, he will prepare a report from these books to check whether the balance of (cashbook+bankbook) = (ledger). If it is true then all the entries are OK.
REPORTING: Reporting cover all the report of HOTEL.
Now with the help of above argument we are showing the drawback of existing system and showing good feature of new system. Then HOTEL feels that the new system is necessary to our HOTEL. So, the management of HOTEL decides that they want to develop computer base management that fulfill all the requirement of our HOTEL and reduce the burden of work.
