Inputting Data into Master tables.
1. Entering Member’s Information
To add a new member first of all, enter the Member’s proposal. To enter a member’s proposal, follow these steps:
1. Click on Master or press ALT+M
2. Go to Member->Member Proposal. This will open the Membership Proposal form.
3. Now click Edit->Insert. Proposal Code number will automatically be generated. Now fill in all the fields with relevant data.
4. When finished click on Edit->Save to commit the record to the database.
5. Repeat step 3-4 to enter more proposals or close the form by pressing the Close button or pressing Ctrl+W.
Now the member whose proposal form is filled can be added. To do this, follow these steps:
