2019/20 First Team

The new Mid Sussex Chess League season started on October the 9th with our home game against Sussex University, whilst other fixtures can be seen to the right  We have nominated four players for the First Team, players who will not be able to play for the Seconds.  Chaski Patrick, Arran Airlie, Mark Attree and Simon McDonald.  I'm still hoping some itinerant Grandmaster will turn up demanding a place, which I guess we would let them have.

The League was however cancelled with the existing positions standing, which meant that our First Team were relegated.  A shame as we were playing the crunch matches in our next games.
