Apple Cream Cheese Squares

2 cans crescent rolls (either rolls or sheet type)

2 – 8oz. package cream cheese

1 c. sugar (or ½ c. Splenda)

1 t. vanilla

2-3 large apples (or 4-5 medium/small apples), peeled and sliced thin

Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick spray. Put one can rolled out rolls in bottom of pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread on top of rolls. Roll out second can of rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture. Place apple slices on top. Pour ¼ c. melted butter over apples and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
