Galarina

Galarina is a mid-late season Gala-like apple. It was developed in France from a cross between Gala and Florina Querina, then brought to Quebec in the 1990s for testing. The fruit is similar to that of Gala, small to medium in size and red to orange-red in color, with some yellow background and crisp, sweet flesh.

Uses: Fresh eating, juice/cider, sauce, baking (stays in slices)
