Young Living oils to use in food and drinks

Did you know that you can add therapeutic grade essential oils to your prepared food and drink to make it delicious, fragrant and therapeutic?

Imagine

  • drinking and losing weight,

  • improving your metabolism,

  • healing your stomach,

  • getting rid of Candida,

  • controlling your cravings,

  • lowering (or balancing) your blood sugar and pressure,

simply from adding 1 drop of therapeutic grade essential oils blend?

The best part is - it tastes so delicious! (I add it to my smoothies and coconut ice cream)

  • adding your favorite spices, only in a form of therapeutic grade essential oils (a tooth pick quantity), to your dishes, which are now healing nervous system.

  • adding 1 drop of therapeutic grade essential oil to feel refreshed and cool on a hot summer day and help your digestion (no more gas!)?

The delicate smell from a tiny bit of the therapeutic grade essential oil will have you saying "Ahhh".

Therapeutic grade essential oils by Young Living are "from 50 to 70 times more therapeutically potent than the herbs or plants they are derived from. Unlike dried herbs, which can lose up to 90% of their healing nutrients and oxygen molecules, Essential Oils do not. Research further shows that Essential Oils, when applied to skin, will penetrate every single cell within 20 minutes." Read more...

Young Living has many essential oils which can be used in your food and drinks: Basil, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander, Dill, Fennel, Ginger, Citrus Oils (grapefruit, lemon, orange, etc.), Lavender, Lemongrass, Marjoram, Nutmeg, Peppermint, Oregano, Spearmint, Sage, Rosemary, Tarragon, and Thyme.
