PEPPERMINT

My husband got me hooked on drinking Peppermint - 1 drop in a glass of water. You can add fresh squeezed lemon juice and/or raw apple cider vinegar - divine! Plus, it's good for digestion and parasites!

The other day I played tennis on a hot summer day with my son. After 1 hour I felt not that energetic. Luckily, I brought my Peppermint drink. Not did I just quench my thirst, but I also experienced a gradual increase in energy!

Going back to the days I was taking care of my mother-in-law, I put Peppermint on her feet, back and arms when she felt uncomfortably hot. She enjoyed it.
