Thieves, Frankincense, Melrose (germs), Oregano - I put these oils on the lymph nodes of the throat, stomach & feet, spine.
I also like to put Thieves oil (1 drop) in my tea (not too hot), when I feel getting sick. An alternative would be to put very little on your tongue.
