The Digestion-Health Connection

Hippocrates considered "Undigested [food] residues were produced by unsuitable diet and that these residues excreted vapours [gas], which passed into the body generally and produced diseases."

Friends,

I have had a lion's share of digestive problems in the past, caused by Candida and stress.

The worst one was when I started having a twisted stomach. When I did not know about Young Living, I had to go a chiropractor, who literally grabbed my stomach with her hand and untwisted it, which was very painful. It would take a few sessions, a week or two, before I would feel better. I could not eat, except for swallowing some aloe. Now, I take care of it right away! Valor, AromaSeiz and Ocotea. Valor balances the energy of my body and brings the alignment back. AromaSeiz relaxes my stomach, and Ocotea (or even Myrrh) takes care of pain inside my stomach.

For not such serious problems, Young Living has great products for digestion: Slique products, Fennel, Digest and Cleanse capsules, Live 5 probiotics (take towards the evening or before/after a large meal, so that the good bacteria can grow), Fennel, Peppermint, Spearmint and Di-Gize . Young Living carries many other oils you can add to to your drink and meal.

Here is some information I mailed to a mother, whose son has been on a feeding tube for many years:

Hi DXXXX,

First of all, I want to congratulate you on doing such a monumental task of taking care of your son – it does not get easy.

Here is the info I mentioned to you when we met earlier today:

  1. Apple CV (ACV) (raw):

  • Bragg apple cider vinegar miracle health system : with the Bragg healthy lifestyle / Paul C. Bragg and Patricia Bragg

  • Jarvis, D. C. Arthritis and folk medicine

By the way, I get a good one from the farm in Penn/Amish. Let me know if you need some.

2. Fresh aloe

3. Fresh squeezed juices (books by Ann Wigmore & Norman Walker) – the quickest nutrition

Look up Walker’s suggestions on restoring the function of the stomach. I would make potassium juice.

Papaya is great for the stomach; Ocotea is very healing.

If it were me, I would first go on juicing with urine, then just urine (meanwhile, I would walk on the beach (sand would massage all the reflexes on my foot, including the ones for the stomach). I might even try the hypnosis (to forget about the nightmares of eating thru the pump).

4. Urine therapy – to heal, to restore the function of the stomach

  • Russian books are translated to English: Urine Therapy by Malakhov; a book by Armstrong (not as informative)

  • The web site below has pretty comprehensive introductory info:

http://www.universal-tao.com/article/urine_therapy.html

You really need to get the above mentioned book for complete info.

  1. Clay wrap

Great info at: http://www.rawdetox.org/modalities/clay-packs.html

“reduce tumor inflammation and areas of fluid retention caused by trauma, infection or generalized edema. They absorb toxins, alleviate congestion and spasm in the deep organs of the liver, gallbladder, and kidney, as well as muscle spasm. They are useful in bone rebuilding, for stomach pains and diarrhea. There is a protective effect against gastroenteritis, cholera, dysentery, general food poisoning and 'sour' stomach (Price 1998).

Clay can also put in a bath in the use of heavy metal detoxification”

  1. Color therapy

I have the color lamp – I love it. I bet your son would love to play with the colors.

  1. Healing places: Siesta Key (Florida), Brazil (John of God)

8. Winter squash is great and easy for digestion. Ann Wigmore has great recipes in Ann Wigmore's Recipes for

Longer Life

Did you ever take your son to Gary’s clinic?

Do you think that Ningxia Red gives you energy mostly because it has Agave?

Have you been doing Raindrop on your son? How about suppositories from essential oils and raw coconut oil?

Which oils did you use after the radiation treatment (i.e. Rose). Dulse, kelp is good too. Kurt Schnaubelt and others have great info on using essential oils to offset chemo/radiation, etc.

Is your son happy? Does he like music? By the way, here is a link to my video, he might like:

Notes from the lecture recorded by Young Living

If our digestion and absorption of the nutrients does not properly work, our body will not function properly.

  • Fennel and Spearmint

Spearmint

Used for centuries in Rome, Greece & Egypt for gastro-intestinal complaints

  • supports healthy function of the gall bladder (bile helps digest fat),

  • balances & aids metabolism (Citrus Fresh & Slique Essence)

  • tonic; assist in thyroid function

  • when you diffuse it, it helps open and release emotional blocks; encourages the feeling of balance

Fennel

  • provide relief from indigestion

  • feeling of fullness (don't overeat)

  • applied topically or inhaled, promotes healthy and balanced apatite, preventing overeating

  • constipation, sluggish digestion

  • courage and strength (opposite of sick in the stomach)

Cooked and processed, old food has not much enzymes. Raw, live (sprouted), and fermented foods have live enzymes, which helps break up (digest) the food.

Essentialzymes-4 is a multi-spectrum enzyme complex specially formulated to aid the critically needed digestion of dietary fats, proteins, fiber, and carbohydrates commonly found in the modern processed diet. The dual time-release technology releases the animal- and plant-based enzymes at separate times within the digestive tract, allowing for optimal nutrient absorption.

Proease - for fats digestion & utilization; supports circulatory & immune system; helps balance energy level

Amylease - to promote digestion of starches

etc.
