Workshops - General information

Basic Information about Workshops:
Unless otherwise stated, workshops are held at the Guild premises (196 South Road, Mile End - 2 blocks south of Henley Beach Road).
Early enrolment is encouraged for all workshops to ensure yourself of a place.

Workshop fees (unless otherwise stated) are:
Guild members: $30 (half day), $50 (full day)
Affiliated group member: $35 (half day), $55 (full day)
Others: $40 (half day), $60 (full day)
The materials fee (where given) is payable as listed (either directly to the tutor or at the time of paying for the workshop).
Half-day workshops include two-and-a-half hours' tuition plus a break; full-day workshops include five hours' tuition plus breaks.
Masterclass fees: These sessions are given by professionals, frequently from overseas, and generally take place over several days. The price, unless otherwise stated, is $350 per workshop for HSWG SA Members.
Refunds Policy:
If you wish to cancel after paying, you may receive a refund (minus $10 admin fee) if you give sufficient notice and someone can be found to take your place.
If the Guild cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund by direct transfer.
If you wish to make a booking for a workshop online:
A credit card is required when making online payments using the Pin Payments system. Contact the workshop organiser by email (hswgworkshops@gmail.com) and a one-click link to pay by credit card will be emailed to you.
You must contact the organiser before your place can be confirmed.
Note that all electronic payments will incur a processing charge of 1.75% + 30 cents. This is roughly 85 cents on a $30 payment, $1.20 on a $50 payment and so forth.
You may still pay in person at the Guild, but please ensure there are still places.
Other information:
Free parking is available in the Guild's parking lot at the rear of the Guild premises. The Guild's parking lot is accessed via Lurline Street.
Public Transport Options: There are regular bus services from the Adelaide city centre; the nearest railway station is at Mile End (a 15 mins. walk from the Guild).
