Good news is that, if your liver is more than 5% healthy, it can get re-generated (read Dr. Norman Walker).
To speed up the re-generation process, it is important to cleanse the colon, lymph (lemongrass), kidneys (Juniper), and liver (JuvaFlex or JuvaCleanse), balance the endocrene system (Endoflex), your immune system (Harmony on Thymus), physical and emotional (Valor), and thyroid (Myrtle), , and take care of the stressful emotions, as well as go on a diet, which will not introduce anymore toxins. Hi, Oily Friends,
What is the best way to cleanse the organs and tissues from years of birth
control pills and diet pills usage? (I'm talking BC pills for almost 30
years!) Since those were stopped over a year ago, I'm wondering if one can
still clean up the years of toxins on the inside? What time frame are we
looking at? Any oil information and/or otherwise would be appreciated.

Liver Support Recipe:
2 drops German Chamomile
3 drops Celery Seed
10 drops Orange
5 drops Rosemary

thought that it was stupid to do this because I felt fine before that.

The liver is an important organ that is often ignored. The liver is the key

The liver is a large filter and a hard-working endocrine gland. It never
aches or "cries" when it is in trouble, unless the gallbladder is inflamed.
It plays an important role in digestion, in the formation of blood, and in
defending our bodies against infection. As soon as the body absorbs any
substance, the liver intercepts it. The liver then accepts and neutralizes
this substance, transforms it, or rejects it. If the liver did not alter the
nutritive substances we eat, they would all be poisonous to us, even the
nutrients from healthy foods.
How the Liver Functions
During digestion, the liver secretes bile to help assimilate fats. The bile
lubricates your intestinal walls, regulates the level of your friendly
bacteria, destroys unwanted and dangerous organisms as they invade your body
and stimulates the peristaltic activity that forces your fecal material to
move through and out of your body. Bile, along with digestive fluid from the
pancreas, acts upon fats, proteins, and starches, changing them into useful
substances. The liver governs digestive functions and must be healed before
your digestion, your immune system, and your overall health can reach an
ideal level.
One outward sign of the liver being in trouble is on the face between your
eyebrows; you may have one or several deep lines and/or a swollen puffiness.
A person with a weak, congested liver barely tolerates the cold in winter
and may suffer chills, usually following a meal. A congested liver can at
times become overactive, as it works hard to compensate for the congestion;
then it becomes even more exhausted. If you have an overactive liver, you
may often feel feverish and find the summer months very uncomfortable. A
weak liver pulls energy away from the spleen, pancreas and stomach. These
organs play a key role in digestion. The intestines are almost totally
dependent upon the liver and the bile it produces
Some of the symptoms of a weak congested liver:

pigmentation or spots on the face, on the backs of the hands, on the

Even the brain and central nervous system are affected when the liver is
congested. Symptoms may range from depression, daydreaming, and an inability
to concentrate and remember things, to even more serious disorders.
Everything we take into our bodies must pass through this large filter. It
stores the remains of all the drugs, vaccines, and medicines we have taken
plus the chemicals, hormones, and preservatives from our food. The hormones
in birth control pills leave a dark patch in the liver, which shows up on
x-rays. The fats from dairy foods, from animal foods, and from oily and
fried foods are also "fixed" in the liver. Flour products and vitamin and
mineral supplements (the ones without the essential oils in them), improper
food combining, and over eating weaken the liver.
Lack of sleep and fatigue from pushing yourself when your body needs to rest
weakens the liver. As the liver weakens it becomes more and more difficult
to sleep. You'll know you have a congested liver if you feel tired and
sleepy soon after eating. Yet you have plenty of energy around 1-2 A.M. You
may also tend to worry during this time or have negative thoughts. Digestive
problems may bother you late at night and you may have to urinate more than
you do during the day.
If you are a pregnant or nursing woman and neglect proper eating habits not
only will your liver suffer but your baby will be born with a congested
liver. The constipation of a breast fed baby is an extension of the mother's
constipation and it's the mother that needs to be treated.
There are several things you can do to help heal the liver,
â–ºAnd the first is to stop overworking it by changing the way you eat.
â–ºRest your digestive tract by eating small meals so the body will not have
to use a lot of energy for digestion.
â–ºDrinking plenty of lemon water and sip vegetable broths or fresh vegetable
juices.
â–ºEliminate animal foods completely while you are cleansing because the
weakened liver cannot handle ammonia, a by-product of protein digestion.
â–ºStay away from cooking oils and butter because they slow down the liver
function.
â–ºEat lightly steamed and pureed foods.
â–ºEat chlorophyll-rich greens and as much raw food as you can.
â–ºYour last meal of the day should be a light one, taken early enough that
the stomach is completely empty before you go to sleep. â–ºAll you may want is
soup or vegetable broth.
â–ºGrated daikon (radish) is especially helpful because it takes cooking oil
and fats from the body.
â–ºLeeks have antiseptic properties and aid the bile in keeping the intestines
clean.
â–ºAsparagus and celery are good liver cleansers.
â–ºCarrots help build the blood and encourage the secretion of bile.
â–ºSipping fresh lemon juice is very antiseptic.
â–ºRosemary and Thyme are noted for healing liver congestion and you may want
to cook with them or make a tea and drink it before each meal.
Other ways you can help the liver is to continue to clean the colon,
exercise is a daily must and get more rest, however don't lie down right
after eating a meal if you've over eaten. You need to expend energy until
you bum off that excess food.
The Emotional Aspect of the Liver
The emotion of anger is connected to the liver. Holding in anger can further
damage this organ, so try to express not only current anger, but release old

Need to know if your thryoid is working right and how much Thryomin your

Basil Cell Temperature
It is important to know what your basil Cell Temperature is when you are
starting out to cleanse for a
weight loss program or weight gain.
Upon awaking the first thing in the morning whether it be 4:00 am or 6:00 am
you take you mercury
thermometer and put it under you arm pit for ten minutes. You do not wait
for anything like talking to
your honey or going to the bathroom then come back and taking your
temperature, because as soon as
you awake your body temperature starts raising and you will not get an
accurate reading if you wait.
It has to be just as you awake. The reading of a normal basil cell Temp.
should be 97.6. But if it is
under 97.6 that is telling you that your thyroid is low and you will need to
start out with 1 Thryomin
just before bedtime. Keep track of your temperature every week and if it
does not come up then you
will need to add one more Thyromin at bedtime. You do this until you temp.
comes up to 97.. If it
goes over then you back down 1 until it stays at 97.6. This will tell you
the is the right amount you
need to take for your body.
If your temperature is above 97.6 then you will need to take the thryomin in
the morning and do
the same process as list above until it stays at 97.6.

and eat only the foods on the list
you will not only cleanse your liver, but you may also have a phenomenal
loss of excess weight.

Anytime you are eating regular meals away from home, always have a salad
because it will improve your
digestion. Take JuvaSpice, and/or JuvaPower, with you. Put JuvaPower on
your salad or JuvaSpice on your
foods. Every meal should include JuvaPower and JuvaSpice without fail.
Keep in mind that raw celery, lettuce, carrots and beets are the only
vegetable that combine well with fruits
and it is not wise to combine more than three vegetables with any fruit at
anytime.. If you a lot of fruits and
have a big vegetable dinner (such as a big salad), then eat watermelon for
desert------this will create mucus
in the stomach. If you happen to have a bad stomach, take 3 grated carrots,
celery, or beets and add 1/3 fresh
ripe banana, a few raisins, and a few dry sliced figs.
Never Mix nuts with wet fruits. If you want to improve your stomach, eat 3
sliced or grated apples, 1/3 carrot,
celery, or beet. This combination helps dissolve and eliminate mucus. To
improve this action add a few
raisins, or dried figs. A little agave can also be added. You can even
blend it. Here are a few recipes out of

Snow Pea Salad
4 cups snow peas
2 large heads of romaine lettuce
2 large ripe avocados peeled and diced)
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
6 sprigs of fresh basil, finely chopped
2 sprigs of fennel finely chopped
Steam snow peas for 3 minutes or until tender. Run under cold water for
30--40 seconds to
prevent over cooking. Tear up the lettuce and place in the bottom of salad
bowl. Mix in
avocados, tomatoes, sprouts, basil, and fennel. This will make a beautiful
snow pea salad.
Beet Salad With Apples and Carrots.
3 medium cooked beets (sliced and diced)
1 large apple ( Golden Delicious or Granny Smith)
3 carrots
1/2 fresh lime
2 Tbs. coconut oil
1 dash of JuvaSpice
1 dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. agave
1 head of romaine lettuce
1 head of read leaf lettuce
Grate carrots and apples. Steam the beets for 1 minute and then run under
icy water for 3 minutes
to prevent overcooking. Slice, then dice and mix together.
Standard Cole Slaw
3 cups grated cabbage
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup diced Granny Smith or Gala apples
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped sunflower seeds.
1/2 cup chopped raisins
1/4 cup chopped wolfberries
1/4 cup red bell pepper (finely sliced)
Mix and add your favorite dressing
Mandarin Salad
4 large mandarin oranges
1 large avocado
1 head romaine lettuce
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped chives
Sprinkle with JuvaSpice, and add dressing of choice
Liver Cleanse Beet Soup
5 cups pureed steamed beets
4 cups of vegetable stock, (or Campbell's. all-natural stock)
4 Tbs. chopped garlic cloves
1 whole cucumber (finely chopped)
2 squeezes of lemon
1 tsp JuvaSpice
Combine all ingredients and mix well. If precooked, serve it chilled.
Or put in a sauce pan and bring to boil just before serving.
Tomato Soup
10 whole tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
2 celery stalk
4 onions
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic power
1 tsp. tarragon
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1/4 finely chopped parsley
6 dill sprouts finely chopped
2 fennel sprigs
Sauté` garlic and onions, then add the celery stalks and seasoning. Cook
for
30 minutes, then add soy sauce and cornstarch. Season to taste. Excellent
when served over basmati rice with 7 - grain bread.
Stir Fry
2 tsp. coconut oil
10 scallions
1 garlic clove
2 Tbs. ginger
2 Tbs. minced red chili peppers
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. mild chili power
cook 1 lb. Brussels sprouts for 10 min.
Place oil in a hot skillet or wok, stir fry ingredients until crisp and
tender.
