Rosemary

My intuition paid off again a few days ago - I picked Rosemary for an aching tight muscle of my leg.

I went for a long walk after applying Rosemary, and the following day my muscle still did not bother me! And all I did was apply 3 drops of this precious oil!

A few days later, my husband used the oil for his frozen shoulder pain, and was very satisfied with the result.

Young Living sells essential oil of Rosemary cineole (chemotype).

It is most appropriate to use for pulmonary congestion, elimination from kidneys and liver.
