Palo Santo

Palo Santo helps regenerate cartilage and works well for pain (the latter is from personal experience - my son kicking my knee, while practicing karate with me).

Another oil to regenerate cartilage is Lemongrass. However, Palo Santo is more powerful.

For complete information, refer to the pages from the EDR attached below, as well as pages attached to this page. Testimonials are included at the bottom.

My one suggestion to people considering knee replacement - don't do it. Strengthen muscles around the knee, if you can.

Following is information I gathered from different sources.

Gary discovered Palo Santo in Ecuador. Palo Santo (Bursera graveolens), also known as "Holy Wood, or Sacred wood.

"It is the most widely used wood in the world. Chips of Palo Santo are sold world wide. Latino people - in Ecuador and Peru - use

it as the people in the East do Frankincense. Palo Santo is known as a spiritual oil, with a deep-rooted tradition in which it was used

by the Incas to purify and cleanse the air of negative energies.

They use it to drive evil spirits away and burn it as incense to keep insect at bay. The natives in the jungles use it in their fires to keep lice and ticks away from their camps. Palo Santo is found growing in the northern part of Ecuador but has also found some in the southern part. The tree produces oil the whole time it is alive, but when it dies it goes into the heartwood which is steamed distilled to get the essential oil out.

In order to get the oil, the tree has to be dead, on the ground for 5 years before it will product the top quality oil. Unlike Frankincense which you collect the resin from a live tree to get the frankincense oil. When you cut the wood, you see the oil inside. Look at picture above with the wood of Palo Santo. Its very beautiful.

Palo Santo is anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory. Highest in limonene 55-65% as a single compound. there are red, white and pink varieties. Gary has distilled all three.

The highest percentage of limonene is in the red.

It is also anti-tumoral, and it has been used at the Clinic in Ecuador for 4 1/2 years and have found it Eliminating lung and prostate cancer by using it as an I-V. Can use it topically.

It is very high as an Anti-inflammatory agent with 1.8 Cineole, anti-fungal, Carvacrol, anti-viral,which works great on killing viruses. (Such as pneumonia, bronchitis, influenza-etc.) Place 2 drops on the tonuge, massage on the spine, apply to thumb and then rub the thumbs together, Great for ear infections. Use on any type of respiratory congestion.

Nasal polyps.

Gary had patient that had nasal polyps and Gary told him to use a Q-tip dipped in Palo Santo and swab the inside of the nose. In 6 weeks they were gone and have not come back. He applied the oil periodically

With the winter the weather can change often so you need to protect yourself. Put Palo Santo under the nose and when traveling by plane this is a great time to protect yourself to keep you from breathing in all that bacterial. Apply under nose, add to a hanky and

cover nose so often while on the plane.

If your children have congested lungs, take 2 drops of Palo Santo in 10 drops V-6 and give them a great back rub.

Always remember some people and children may have tender skin so do a skin test first. You may need to add more V-6. It is also great for eye infections, stys and etc. Take 1 drop Palo Santo and 1 drop Myrrh and rub around the eye. If you get a

degeneration from the eye infection, then use Palo Santo and Frankincense to regeneration the tissue.

I was told by my doctor that I was going to have to eventually have a knee replacement. I checked in to the oils needed. I used Palo Santo followed by Vetiver, for a month, applying three times a day. My knee is doing great now without the grating pain with movement. I also used a mix of panaway, peppermint, wintergreen, and relieve it for pain until the knee got better.

In the winter of 2011, I was cross country skiing and twisted both knees. I had an MRI done and the result was torn ligiment and damaged cartilage. The doctor suggested 'micro fracture' surgery, this is to trigger my own body to make collagen and mend cartilage. Recovery time is 8 weeks per knee and discussing this with a friend-she warned me that arthritis would set in pretty quick.

I take the supplement BLM and Sulfurzyme everyday and it's a God send! I have full use of my knees, biking and skiing. Also, I'm on my feet 8 hours a day for my job.

When a joint injury occurs-my favorite oils to apply is peppermint and lemongrass or Relieve It. Helps the healing and pain!

Kim,

One oil that is very good for knees is Palo Santo. Below

are a few posts I have in my files.

Edith Chupp

Palo Santo is high in Limonene (62-68%) and the studies have found it

reversing 7 different kinds of cancer. A great combination to work together

is Frankincense and Palo Santo.

Here's another testimony to add to the other ones that we have already

received - My husband Blaine, as you recall having trouble with his knee.

We have been working with Wintergreen and Palo Santo together on the knee

and after two applications on the second day Blaine came to me and said

look. Holding his leg up, he was swinging his leg back for forth bending

the knee freely.

Dear Gwen

I believe that Gary Young reported from Ecuador on someone no longer needing

a knee replacement after using Palo Santo. Debbie Hurley

Hi Pat

We received our Palo Santo on Friday and my husband put a couple of drops

neet on his very sore knee. Within minutes he had no more pain and did not

need another dose until the morning. We do not know whether he has a

cartilage problem or a bone spur, but he's sold on the Palo Santo. Happy

oiling, Cheryl Soucier

Hi Carolyn,

Gary Young injected Sacred Frankincense in the knee of a patient or a couple

of patients who had damaged and worn cartilage, and the cartilage re grew

like the discs in Gary's spine grew when he injected the Sacred

Frankincense. I don't think it's being done yet as a protocol but you can

call Young Living to see if it's being done in the clinic Nova Vita Clinica

in Guayaquil. That is the Young Living Clinic.

Love and Light,

Stanlee

Wow, Palo Santo is turning into an amazing oil. Here are three ways that I

have used it lately with incredible results.

Relaxation: I was totally stressed out one evening. When I went to relax

after a very tense day I immediately went into a full body migraine. My

husband pulled the Palo Santo out of his pocket and said, "Here smell this."

There was an immediate relaxation of my entire body. It was wonderful.

Within seconds the migraine was gone. Pretty awesome!

After watching What the Bleep Do We Know just recently, I totally understood

addiction and how to change it. We can be addicted to anything and it is

the brain hormones and proteins that we get to change. So I have been

having my patients who are addicted to negative thinking and low self worth

issues smell Palo Santo several times a day while they spend 15 minutes at a

time thinking about the successes in their childhood and adulthood. It is

making the light shine in their eyes again and increasing self worth.

I have had three patients lately who all had brain stem cancer surgery. And

another couple of patients with other what I call death wish diseases. I do

the VitaFlex on the brain stem like Gary taught us and included Palo Santo

in the mix. WOW! Huge energetic changes are occurring after I added Palo

Santo. And it is an almost instant change in the attitudes and health of

the patients. One in particular with anorexia changed overnight to loving

herself and being more cheerful. We are going to do her again and again

until she begins to eat! We have faith she will, the first treatment was so

profound!
