After a few months of winter, you may find yourself impatiently waiting for spring and warmer weather.

Spring is the time to open your doors, take in the fresh air, and enjoy the budding flowers. It is a time to put aside any weary feelings, set a goal to let go of unwanted emotions, and experience joy. Spring is also the time to shed any negativity that could stop you from moving forward.

Young Living’s Joy™ essential oil blend is a great way to help you let go and move forward in life. By following these steps, you choose to enhance your springtime experience and promote a better year:

1. Diffuse Joy in different rooms to uplift each area of your home.

2. Sprinkle a few drops of Joy onto a rag and wipe the floors. * (I would not dare to do this to my precious oil (Eugeniya))

3. Wear a drop of Joy on you heart to uplift your mind and boost your mood.

4. Add a few drops of Joy to your bathwater to uplift your spirits.

5. Mix a few drops of Joy in a spray bottle and spray it in the car before a vacation for a joyful family trip.

This wonderful combination of oils brings an uplifting mood, gives magnetic energy, and provides joy to the heart. As the new season approaches and spring is in the air, don’t forget to grab your bottle of Joy!
