Hair Loss and Dandruff

Class,

problems with the hair might indicate poor thyroid and other unbalanced health issues. It can also be an emotional stress and effected by environmental factors.

Many people use shampoo and conditioner loaded with chemicals, or color their hair with toxic dyes.

Remember, what you put in your body, on your skin or your hair, goes inside you, your lymph, then your blood.

Therapeutic grade essential oils detox, cleanse and heal.

If you use Young Living Capaiba shampoo and Conditioner, you experience all of the above benefits, besides a very pleasant odor.

I have a few suggestions for common problems below, plus in the attached files below.

Reader's Digest Natural Remedies for Healthy Living

"Women have been using nature's bounty to color their hair since the Bronze Age. As concerns grow over the safety of harsh chemical hair dyes, substances like henna have enjoyed renewed popularity. Not only are they easy on your hair and scalp, they can provide a great variety of silky shimmering shades.

Dealing with natural hair dyes will require a bit of trial and error.... To ensure that your shade is neither too light nor too intenese, stick with the specified exposure time.

Brighten and touch up blond hair.

Dying your hair dark brown or black

  • Mix 3 tbsp (45 ml.) of black tea, 1/2 cup (125 ml.) of black henna powder, 1 tbsp (15 ml.) of olive oil, and 1 tsp (5 ml.) of cider vinegar. Add enough boiling water to produce a spreadable mixture. Apply with a broad brush, cover your hair with plastic wrap, and leave on for about 30-40 minutes before rinsing and washing your hair.

  • Create a rinse that will result in a darker shade with a subtle luster by steeping 4 tbsp (60 ml.) of dried sage, 2 tbsp (25 ml.) of dried rosemary, and 1 tbsp (15 ml.) of lemon juice in about 12/3 cup (400 ml.) of water over low heat. Strain after 30 minutes, cool, and use as a rinse after washing your hair.

Coloring and darkening gray hair

  • Gray hair can also be colored, producing highlighting effects - the white hairs take on color differently from those that are not yet gray.

  • To darken gray hair, mix 31/2 oz (100 ml.) of boiling water with 4 tbsp (60 ml.) of dried sage and 1 tsp. (5 ml.) of black tea. Let steep for 30 minutes, then strain. Moisten your hair with the lukewarm solution and rinse after 30 minutes
