Steps to get well fast:

1. If you can, do the enema, or suppository - the quickest way to A. cleanse the body so it can heal faster; B. quickest way to get to lungs

I have a lot of info about lung problems under Allergies and Asthma, and therefore post only additional info here.

2. Do the Raindrop - add RC with Frankincense (2:1) for the lungs, followed by Melaleuca Alternifolia (tea tree). I have not tried Ravensara by itself, but in Raven, alternating it with RC (Young Living has it spelled as Ravintsara in the on-line catalog).

3. Add probiotics, if you can. Drink, or if you can't, take a bath with sea salt & tea tree with lavender. If you can't do that, have a sponge bath

4. To control the fever, use Peppermint (dilute!)

5. Continue with Thieves as often as you can on the feet, tea tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia) on the back. Add Copaiba at the end.

6. Diffuse.

7. Cleanse liver (JuvaFlex, JuvaCleanse), kidneys (Juniper), lymph (Lemongrass), blood (Purification on your feet, endocrine system (Endoflex) once a day. Longevity blend on feet (has Thyme, etc.)

Address Candida

8. If possible, address the emotional issue

Don't be afraid. A lady from Whole Foods shared her story with me. When she had pneumonia, she covered herselves with a lot of blankets, rubbed her chest with Vicks, and "sweated it all out".

When I was a baby (a week old), I got pneumonia. I stayed in a hospital with my mom, and I am sure, was given antibiotics, etc. That affected me for the longest time. Without knowing it, my Candida was eating me alive - please read here.

I joined Young Living20 years ago because I use to get pneumonia and acute bronchitis 2-3 times a year. The first oils I bought were RC and lavender. Using RC got me over the problem and I did not have either for a couple of years. We went to Fl and they were having forest fires at that time and being in such a hurry I left all my oils and supplements on the counter. The whole time we were there I kept kicking myself as I got sick from inhaling all that smoke. By the time we got home I had pneumonia. My husband (Blaine) insisted in taking me to the doctor before we went home and this I did not want to do. Anyway she said that I had to be admitted to the hospital asp. I told her no thank you I can go home and take care of myself. She could see she could not get anywhere with me, so she made Blaine promise that if I got worse during the night he was to hog tie me and get me there immediately that was how serious it was.

Well to make a long story short, I did a hot compress on the chest with RC and on the feet. Raven on my back, Thieves in a capsule. Then I took 3 drop of RC in a half cup of hot water, hot enough not to burn my finger and covered my head with a towel to inhale the moisture and RC. Next morning I was better and did ot have to go to the hospital.

Pneumonia Gone In Three Days

During my son's bout with cancer he came down with pneumonia and was care flighted to the hospital in critical condition. Before we boarded the helicopter, I anointed my son with RC, frankincense, and Raven. When he got to the hospital and they got him in ICU, I continued to anoint him with frankincense and alternated the RC and RAVEN essential oil blends from Young Living on his lung area.

The hospital was giving him high potency antibiotics along with me doing this and within 3 days the lung was clear and normal. The doctor was taken aback and said he had never seen that severe pneumonia go away in 3 days, but that it usually took 10 to 14 days to clear up something like my son had.

I am glad God put 'life' in plants to help us get through our battles of disease! And I thank God for people with a passion to find the answers to help us and giving us a way to bring these oils into our homes for our families and friends.

My nephew was diagnosed with pneumonia on Wednesday night. I offered to perform raindrop technque on him and did so for the next 4 days. Monday (5th day) he went back to the doctor and there was NO pneumonia. The doctor was very surprised. I guess we all have to draw our own conclusions but I was impressed and so was he!

No More Pneumonia!

Hi, I am new to Young Living Essential oils, but I am so thankful to have made my way to good health using Thieves and RC. My husband died 2 years ago, and I have been apparently holding onto a lot of grief in my chest.

I was also exposed to heavy, continuous doses of black mold which harmed and weakened my lungs. I was sick most of last year (2007) with 5 bouts of pneumonia. I tried taking many forms of herbal capsules (garlic, echinacea, golden seal, zinc, vitamin C, etc.) These herbs and supplements would help a little, but the first cold or flu that was going around work, bamm, I would get the cold which would go right into pneumonia.

Last year was so awful with being sick constantly. I have gained 40 pounds because I don't have the energy or stamina to run my normal 4 miles a day.

So after my 5 bout of pneumonia, I purchased the Thieves product line and my life has been changed. I have not had a pneumonia or a cold now for 2 months. I have been putting the Thieves oil on the bottom of my feet and I take 1 drop in my mouth each morning. I also brush my teeth with the Thieves toothpaste and gargle morning and evening with Thieves mouthwash.

Last month, whenever I would sense a scratchy throat or mucous in my sinus, I would just put 1 drop of Thieves on my tongue and those cold symptoms would be immediately gone.

I am so thankful for the Thieves oil and the RC (which I forgot to mention...I also put the RC on the soles of my feet and my throat when I had a cold symptom.) I am so grateful to the Young Living Essential oils. I am determined to make 2008 a healthy year for me. These oils are a gift from God and I am most grateful to have my good health restored to me.

Regular Medicine Did Not Clear The Pneumonia

My 1 � yr old granddaughter had 4 consecutive bouts of pneumonia. Meds did not seem to clear it. While on fourth prescribed medication, applied RC to the back and chest every hour for the first couple of days and diffused RC nightly.

After 4 days she went back to the doctor and was told her lungs were clear and to get off meds. If RC irritates skin, mix with V6, olive or grapeseed oil. Be aggressive with the oils when it is an aggressive situation. Hope this helps.

Very Ill With Pneumonia

My first experience with Young Living oils was in 1999 when I was very ill with pneumonia. My Dr. wanted to hospitalize me and use I.V. antibiotics, to which I refused both. A friend brought Thieves and Raven to me, telling me to put Thieves on my chest, and Raven all over the bottom of my feet...and to use Raven all over my chest and Thieves all over the bottom of feet again when I went to bed, which is exactly what I did.

The next morning I awakened all but totally well! I was astounded at the healing that had taken place!!!

I have been using the oils ever since and always will.
