NORTHERN ITALY - CIBUS MAY 2018
Darrell Corti, Shaun Freeman (Our Delicatessen manager), and I took a trip to Northern Italy from May 1st - May 17th, 2018. The trip was centered around the largest and most important food and beverage trade show in Italy. The CIBUS show was held May 7-10, 2018 in Parma. It is so large that it is only held once every other year. We spent time in the Alto Adige, Trentino, Parma, the Colli Euganei, Reggio Emilia, Tuscany, Genoa, Barolo, Alba, and the Piemonte.
