All 550 Guests were dressed to the hilt as they arrived for the party, which was held inside the main jet hanger. VIP and cocktail hour kicked the evening off with offerings of fine drinks and delicious appetizers.
The caviar was provided by Sacramento's own Sterling Caviar - www.sterlingcaviar.com
Towards the end of cocktail hour, Laura McIntosh took to the stage to introduce Michael Chiarello, who greeted the crowd and went right to showing off one of his favorite cocktails. His own take on a gin and tonic.
Once cocktail hour concluded, KCRA's Teo Torres, the master of ceremonies for the evening, called the guests to be seated for dinner. Shortly there after, he introduced Michael Chiarello, chef for the evening, and Darrell Corti, who paired the wines with Michael's menu. Michael and Darrell took the stage to speak a little bit about the meal and the wine.
