(Personal Copy) Reflection Letter: Natalie Bruss

For this final written assignment for CCP Composition, I was to write a reflection letter to my teacher about my progress throughout the year. I gave my perspective on my writing and my journey through the class. CCP Composition was not similar to any class I had taken in high school. It was solely about writing and composing pieces that reflected argumentative, persuasive, and informative writing. I also utilized my time in this class to focus on subjects of different topic areas than what is in my comfort zone. My vocabulary and ability to write have improved greatly from this course and I could tell the difference from years prior.

This class pushed me to write large qualities of work in a short amount of time. It also allowed me to explore subjects that I had previously never looked into. This assignment reflects my growth throughout the semester. Specifically, I learned the best way to organize, research, and develop my work. In the past, I have struggled to analyze my evidence and fully develop my ideas. This class and assignment helped me to overcome this and has led to some of my best writing thus far.
