Probably the best carp lake in Bangkok, especially as the variety of species goes. A nice looking lake in western Bangkok that is well managed and has a nice relaxed atmosphere to it.
If you like your carp fishing you should definietly give Tawadbet a go. You might even find you catch a new species here. Everything is convenient with bait and decent food available at the lake. It is worth noting that although there are some nets, they are few and far between so you would be better off taking your own.
Most of the fish aren't particularly big, but it is still very enjoyable on light gear. Fishing on the bottom with bread flake on a light feeder and sliced bread on the hook works well.
