It looks like a lot of care has gone into building and managing Noomfish456 and they have everything at hand including nets, buckets, sinks etc. Certainly not the easiest lake, but the regulars seem to do well there so it appears to be a case of putting the time in to learn what works well.

They have a good range of fish here and on the day we fished as a group we saw Julian's, Mekong, big head carp and tilapia. They also have a feeding boat that comes out in the afternoon, so that can offer some chances to catch. Techniques here are usually the regular Mekong catfish fishing way with a large float and then a feeder with bread crumb or ram at around 1-2 metres deep.

One bonus about this lake is that the ticket price is for 24 hours so you can do all day and all night should you wish to (the 24 hours starts from when you pay). However, the bait is around 2-3 times the price of other lakes so keep this in mind when you are packing your gear.
