The tunes in this book are simply incredible. They are challenging, but the effort to learn them is worth it! Most are based on famous jazz tunes- click on the name of the original song to hear a performance of it. Each solo shown here is listed as a graded solo by the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA).

Alternate slide positions are used extensively!!! If you'd like to see a list of the ones used for a specific tune, there are two ways. You can either click on the photo of the piece and then click on the word YOUTUBE on the bottom. This will open the video in Youtube, and you can then open the description.
